ECOTONE NE & NAMAS UNIVERSITY

  ECOTONE NE

ecotoneNE, provides third party review and cost-effective critique of land development projects triggering Notice of Intent under MGL 131, § 40, Massachusetts Conservation Commissions. In early 2021 I decided to retire after over 25 years working in the environmental and civil construction services businesses. My inclination is to continue to contribute in other environmental aspect of my life in which I have devoted over 20 years too, Wetlands Conservation.

NAMAS YOUNIVERSITY Affiliation

In 2023 my life partner Deborah Lee Flynn and I, following up on our inclination for spiritual development became aware of the activities of Dr. Martina Violetta Jung, PhD., relating to her advocacy for a wider understanding of the natural order and connection to Spirit.  Her podcast messages for The SANAT KUMARA discussing a wider and deeper understanding of the the creation attracted our attention. As students of these teaching we became aware of the probability of other dimensions of reality, beings in these dimensions, and their integration with our existence.

In 2024 Dr. Jung  offered to travel from her home in Germany and provide first hand instruction on various ways to interact with nature beings and bring a deeper understanding to, and ways of connecting to the larger creation. The first classes, bringing people from Europe, Africa as well as the US, were successful  in generating enthusiasm for future expansion of these teachings.  In 2025 NAMAS YOUNIVERSITY will play a dominant role in the teaching activities of ECOTONE NE.

Formerly Donald Flynn was a member of Millbury, Massachusetts Conservation Commission for 25 years until moving to Holden, MA in 2020. I was chairman of that Commission for 15 years. It was there I realized that I enjoyed and accomplished navigating the ins and outs of small-town community service with the land development community. I was able to utilize skills obtained from working in private land development and hazardous waste remediation. I was able to contribute to the community in these sectors of the economy. While there I built upon my Bachelor of Biological Sciences degree by taking the initiative to excel at graduate level courses at University of Massachusetts Amherst and Lowell campuses plus occasional seminars at MACC events, including certificate level offerings from U. Mass Extension Service.

What I will bring to your Commission:

  • 25 years of hands-on experience in Environmental Remediation and Civil Construction. Over 10 years as a Project Manager.

  • 20 years as a Conservation Commissioner for the Town of Millbury, 15 as Chairman.

  • Successful NOI development & presentation experience for private clients of NOI/RDA before Norfolk, Southborough, and Westfield Conservation Commissions.

  • Bachelor of Science Biological Sciences, University of Mass. Dartmouth.

  • Graduate level studies at U. Mass Amherst & Lowell, including Wetlands Delineation in Massachusetts, Soils Science & Mass. Contingency Plan.

  • Certificate Programs including Invasive Species Management, USACE Contractor Construction Quality Control, OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety, OSHA 40-hr Hazardous Waste Operations & Supervisor.

  • Massachusetts Association of Conservation Commissioners training seminars.

Please accept this offer to discuss how I might assist you with cogent, critical reviews and analysis of NOI before your Commission. Donald Flynn can be reached at 508.887.5627 .
