ecotoneNE, provides third party review and cost-effective critique of land development projects triggering Notice of Intent under MGL 131, § 40, Massachusetts Conservation Commissions. In early 2021 I decided to retire after over 25 years working in the environmental and civil construction services businesses. My inclination is to continue to contribute in other environmental aspect of my life in which I have devoted over 20 years too, Wetlands Conservation.
I was a member of Millbury, Massachusetts Conservation Commission for 25 years until moving to Holden, MA in 2020. I was chairman of that Commission for 15 years. It was there I realized that I enjoyed and accomplished navigating the ins and outs of small-town community service with the land development community. I was able to utilize skills obtained from working in private land development and hazardous waste remediation. I was able to contribute to the community in these sectors of the economy. While there I built upon my Bachelor of Biological Sciences degree by taking the initiative to excel at graduate level courses at University of Massachusetts Amherst and Lowell campuses plus occasional seminars at MACC events, including certificate level offerings from U. Mass Extension Service.
What I will bring to your Commission:
Please accept this offer to discuss how I might assist you with cogent, critical reviews and analysis of NOI before your Commission. I can be reached at 508.887.5627
